66db Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 66db ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 66db online gaming and cricket betting platform, accessible at 66db.vip. These Terms apply to all services offered by 66db including live casino, slots, crash games, fish shooting games, sports betting and all associated deposit and withdrawal services conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard.

By registering an account, accessing the 66db platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out herein. To register an account and use the 66db platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as you hold an active account:

• You must not already hold an active 66db account. Each individual is permitted one account only. If you have previously self-excluded from 66db, you may not register a new account until the self-exclusion period has formally expired.
• You must be using the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative for any third party. Using the 66db account of another person, allowing another person to use your account, or operating accounts on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.

66db reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility requirements at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested by 66db may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

All financial transactions on the 66db platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 66db supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. By using these payment services you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service providers in addition to these Terms.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however 66db reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for unusually large deposits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your 66db account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are typically processed within one to three minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game errors or loopholes to gain an unfair financial advantage — a practice commonly referred to as "bug exploitation" — is a serious breach of these Terms. 66db will void all winnings generated through such exploitation and may permanently suspend the accounts of players found to have engaged in this behaviour.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66db platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and any balances held in the account will be reviewed before being released or forfeited, depending on the nature of the breach:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under the name of another person, for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing any account restriction applied by 66db.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools or any other technology to place bets, meet wagering requirements or interact with the platform in a way that simulates human play but bypasses the normal manual process.
• Colluding with other players to generate artificial game turnover, manipulate bet outcomes or exploit promotions in a coordinated manner.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, including money laundering. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. 66db cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies.
• Exploiting technical errors, game bugs or software vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been available under normal operating conditions.

66db reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether prohibited conduct has occurred. The decisions of 66db in respect of prohibited conduct are final and are not subject to appeal. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 66db will take such action as it deems appropriate, up to and including permanent account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66db and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 66db platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if 66db has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

66db's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 66db account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

66db reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 66db will endeavour to notify active players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered mobile number. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 66db platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the 66db platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].
